When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, we begin preparing it right away.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During launches, promotions, or busy periods, preparation may take a little longer — we truly appreciate your patience.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
While we do our best to get your LYVIA pieces to you quickly, occasional delays can happen due to customs or carrier issues. We promise it’s worth the wait.
Will I receive tracking?

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and we occasionally run free shipping promotions.

We completely understand — sometimes a piece isn’t the perfect fit.
We want you to feel confident ordering from LYVIA.
Can I return my item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
- with tags and packaging intact
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that have been worn or tried on without underwear.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend tracked postage, as we can’t accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
What if my item is faulty or wrong?
Oh no — we’ll fix it.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and our team will organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
